The white one is the livery our mail trucks used when I was a kid. It’s the way postal Jeep should look to me). I especially remember them using chains to get up the hill my house was on, first time I had seen that so it sticks out.

Had I not been so slow on the draw, I might have picked up a dead one still in livery for peanuts, a coup le of years ago . Some electrical problem basically left it worthless, but by the time I went back to inquire about it, it was gone.

I just realized - the new Air Force One livery is basically the old USPS paint scheme. And here I thought it was taken from the funnel colors of a failed Hawaiian cruise line.

It’d be interesting to see the number of Christmas cards/gifts left for postal carriers graphed over the years. I’d wager it’s been a pretty steep decline.

As a USPS employee, I thank you and anyone else that ordered some for your purchase! I ordered 4 in total, a White DJ-5, an LLV with the mailbox and two of the Shelby GT500 Mustangs.
